Job Overview
Om Sai Enterprises is seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to join their team at Nashik, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting client sites to measure windows accurately, relay this information efficiently to the back office, and maintain constant communication to encourage customers to visit the showroom and ultimately commit to purchases.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site visits to measure windows precisely.
- Provide measurement details to the back office staff promptly.
- Engage customers persistently to drive showroom visits.
- Persuade potential clients to select and purchase products.
Training and Compensation
Comprehensive training will be offered covering both production field knowledge and sales techniques to ensure candidate success.
Fixed salary and petrol allowance will be provided consistently. Additionally, incentives will be awarded based on sales volume achieved, motivating superior performance.
