Role Overview
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. This role involves identifying and onboarding new merchants for our QR code and sound box products, managing field operations, and driving sales growth across a defined geographic region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential merchants and facilitate their registration for QR code and sound box sales.
- Conduct daily visits to the market, aiming to meet 10-15 merchants each day to promote products effectively.
- Expand distribution and increase market share of QR code and sound box offerings within the designated territory.
- Meet or surpass sales targets set on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure continued product usage and satisfaction.
- Gather market insights and report relevant feedback to management for business improvement.
- Adhere to a planned sales beat schedule, accurately tracking activities and ensuring consistent attendance.
