Role Overview
We are seeking a Field Executive dedicated to handling on-ground activities for residential properties in South-West Bangalore. This full-time, field-based position involves extensive daily travel within the locality, frequent property visits, tenant and vendor coordination, and updating status through mobile applications.
Responsibilities
- Visit designated residential properties according to scheduled daily routes.
- Perform regular property inspections and document findings thoroughly.
- Liaise with tenants, property owners, and maintenance providers to facilitate smooth operations.
- Capture site photographs and submit updates using company mobile tools.
- Assist with move-in and move-out checks.
- Verify property inventory and current conditions.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned duties.
- Maintain professionalism in all onsite communications and interactions.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum educational qualification: completion of 12th standard (PUC); graduation is advantageous.
- At least one year of experience in field operations, delivery, real estate, or similar roles requiring on-site presence.
- Comfortable with daily commuting within South-West Bangalore, preferably using a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Basic skills in smartphone usage, including photography, apps, and reporting.
- Effective communicative abilities in English and a local language.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary between ₹25,000 and ₹27,000, commensurate with experience.
