Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team at House Construct, located in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role involves driving sales by converting leads for our construction and architecture services, managing client interactions, and ensuring smooth project execution from consultation to completion.
Key Duties
- Convert potential leads into confirmed sales for construction and architecture service offerings.
- Conduct client consultations, including on-site visits and discussions to understand project requirements.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to company growth.
- Develop and sustain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Collaborate closely with design and operations teams to facilitate efficient client onboarding and project execution.
- Keep the CRM system updated and compile weekly sales reports for management review.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
