Field Sales Executive - EV Battery Rental

Overview

BatterySmart is urgently seeking Field Sales Executives to promote and sell electric vehicle (EV) batteries on a rental basis across multiple locations including Patna, Mathura, Vrindavan, Govardhan, Vaishali, Bulandshahr, Azamgarh, Mau, Kokrajhar, Balrampur, Jaipur, Delhi, and Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and lease EV batteries through a rental model.
• Facilitate e-rickshaw attachment and registration processes.
• Develop and maintain strong rapport with e-rickshaw drivers in the area.
• Meet monthly sales targets to earn attractive incentives.

Candidate Requirements

• Completion of 12th grade or equivalent education.
• At least one year of experience in field sales or direct on-ground marketing.
• Possession of a personal motorcycle and a valid driving license.
• Proficient communication and persuasive abilities.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from 18,000 to 20,000 INR.
• Additional incentives of 800 to 1,000 INR for each e-rickshaw battery attachment completed.
