Field Sales Executive

About the Role

Favcore is seeking Field Sales Officers in Jaipur, Rajasthan to assist local retailers including grocery stores, restaurants/bakeries, clothing outlets, and electronics shops in digitizing their businesses. The role requires visiting stores to encourage download and registration on the Fav Vendor App free of charge and gathering basic compliance information.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate free onboarding by assisting at least 20 local retailers daily to download Fav Vendor App.
• Complete registration by inputting retailer name, shop name, mobile number, and email into the app.
• Conduct form filling and lead generation by collecting information on the presence or absence of GST or Food License (FSSAI) for each retailer.
• Promote compliance sales by selling GST/Food License registration packages to retailers lacking licenses and GSTR/ITR filing packages to those already licensed.
• Submit daily field reports and app download targets to the team leader.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education: 12th pass or graduate.
• Ownership of a two-wheeler (bike or scooter) and an Android smartphone is mandatory.
• Proficient communication skills in local languages (Hindi/Rajasthani) delivered confidently.
• Motivated to work extensively in the field with a strong desire to earn incentives.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 based on qualifications and experience.
• Uncapped weekly incentives for each sale and onboarding, offering potential monthly earnings exceeding ₹25,000.
• Travel and fuel allowances provided for field visits as per policy.
• Opportunities for growth, with potential promotion to Team Leader within 6 to 9 months for high performers.
