Job Overview

The Field Manager will oversee and lead field operations, coordinate with channel partners, and drive business target achievements. Responsibilities include supervising field personnel, monitoring daily field activities, addressing client concerns, and fostering strong client and partner relationships. The role demands adherence to company policies while enhancing operational effectiveness and contributing to organizational growth through efficient leadership and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to identify, approach, and onboard new clients and channel partners across sectors like banks, insurance firms, financial institutions, hospitals, and offices.
• Generate leads by exploring business opportunities and establish sustained business connections to support company expansion.
• Maintain trust-based relationships with existing and prospective clients, performing regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
• Accurately collect, verify, and submit necessary client documentation, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive financial and personal data.
• Provide timely reports on daily activities and business progress to management, and coordinate with internal teams for case status and client updates.
• Travel as needed within assigned territories for client meetings, visits, and follow-ups, upholding company policies, ethical standards, and professional conduct in fieldwork.
• Operate with minimal supervision demonstrating discipline, loyalty, and dedication to achieving personal and company goals.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Sunday: Weekly off
