Position Overview

As a Fashion Associate at Walmart Canada, you will enhance your retail expertise by serving as a key customer service representative. Your role involves efficiently processing and stocking fashion merchandise while upholding store presentation standards, including maintaining modular displays and signage, all within a clean and safe environment. You will collaborate within a team to plan and execute daily duties and seasonal merchandising strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, assisting with product information and location, facilitating purchase decisions, and addressing concerns or escalating them appropriately.
• Maintain a hazard-free, clean workspace by adhering to company safety policies, completing safety checks, and ensuring fixtures and displays are secure.
• Process incoming fashion merchandise and replenish stock effectively.
• Keep the sales floor orderly and attractive to enhance the shopping experience.
• Merchandise both modular and non-modular fashion items correctly, ensuring proper signage and fixtures are in place and replaced as needed.
• Timely restock and merchandising of seasonal fashion products following merchandising plans.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this role is $17.75.

Minimum Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
