Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-pressure cleaning and surface restoration tasks to maintain facility aesthetics.
• Apply parking lot striping and ensure ADA safety compliance through precise painting.
• Uphold the visual and operational standards of the overall facility appearance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Preferred education level is a High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
• Minimum of one year relevant work experience.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and skills in providing peer technical support and handling project assignments.
• Responsibility for facility location ownership showcasing accountability.

Compensation

This position offers hourly wages ranging between $18.00 and $32.00. Actual pay is subject to company discretion within this range and may vary by location or role specifics. Additional compensation, benefits, and bonuses are at the company's sole discretion and legally compliant.
