This vital position enables you to engage with the community, fostering meaningful interactions that encourage ongoing monthly donations to fund lifesaving services in the region.

Compensation and Benefits

Key Responsibilities

Represent the Essex & Herts Air Ambulance by engaging residents through targeted door-to-door fundraising efforts, aiming to secure long-term monthly contributions. This role involves approaching the public confidently, explaining the charity's mission, and building authentic conversations aimed at encouraging support.

Preferred Experience and Qualities

• Prior experience in face-to-face fundraising or canvassing
• Background in door-to-door or field sales
• Experience in utilities, telecoms sales, brand ambassador, or similar target-driven customer interaction roles
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
• Self-motivated, results-focused, and comfortable operating independently
