Role Overview

We are currently looking for a meticulous QA/QC Engineer to join our Aluminium Façade division. This role entails ensuring that all façade elements such as aluminium cladding, curtain walls, glazing, and structural installations comply fully with project specifications and quality norms, from manufacturing through to site installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce QA/QC documentation including checklists, inspection test plans (ITPs), and procedural workflows.
• Conduct comprehensive inspections covering materials, fabrication stages, and on-site installation processes.
• Ensure packaging, loading, and dispatch processes preserve product integrity to prevent damage during transport.
• Maintain detailed QA/QC documentation such as inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), testing data, and as-built drawings.
• Detect and report quality issues through NCRs, and manage corrective and preventive measures collaboratively.
• Inspect finished products focusing on alignment, finishing quality, aesthetics, dimensional accuracy, and operational effectiveness.
• Carry out quality audits on-site to confirm workmanship standards and document any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with design, production, and project teams to troubleshoot quality problems and recommend improvements.
• Perform final inspections before client handover to validate that all items meet specifications and quality benchmarks.
• Support ISO 9001 compliance activities and assist in quality audits and testing procedures.
• Participate actively in management reviews addressing nonconformities and corrective actions.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• At least 5 years of proven experience overseeing QA/QC in façade systems, specifically aluminium and glass.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong dedication to achieving product excellence.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards or comparable quality systems is advantageous.
• Comprehensive understanding of international façade standards and materials.
• Able to perform efficiently in challenging environments and adhere to strict deadlines.
