Role overview

cm studio is looking for an accomplished project architect to help lead the delivery of a group of premium residential projects. The role is based in a design-led environment and focuses on managing high-end single-home work from coordination through documentation and delivery.

What you'll be doing

• Taking ownership of a portfolio of luxury residential projects and supporting their end-to-end delivery.
• Managing day-to-day coordination across consultants, council, builders, and clients so the project stays aligned.
• Preparing strong documentation and modelling outputs in Revit.
• Applying the Australian residential compliance framework throughout design and documentation, including DCP, LEP, and NCC requirements.
• Building and maintaining effective client relationships through clear communication and professional project management.

Experience and qualifications

• A proven history of successfully delivering high-end single residential projects.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Solid understanding of residential compliance requirements in Australia, especially DCP, LEP, and NCC.
• Advanced documentation and modelling capability in Revit.
• A Master’s degree in Architecture.
