Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operational and administrative functions of the hospital to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Oversee NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers) accreditation processes, maintaining compliance, conducting audits, and ensuring thorough documentation.
- Direct and supervise billing operations, including handling claims and payments for ECHS (Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme), CGHS (Central Government Health Scheme), TPA (Third Party Administrators), and corporate panels.
- Continuously monitor patient care quality, safety protocols, and service standards to guarantee excellence in clinical and non-clinical services.
