Role Overview
This position serves within the Office of the Chief of Staff to the CTO, playing a crucial role in guiding the implementation of strategic priorities and transformation projects. The Executive Director is tasked with managing cross-departmental collaborations, aligning various teams, and preparing essential communications for stakeholders including the Executive Team and Board of Directors. Responsibilities also include managing TD&A leadership calendars, meetings, and scorecards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic partnership by navigating Technology and Data & Analytics (D&A) organizations, integrating enterprise priorities and fostering strong leadership influence.
- Autonomously direct initiatives that advance CTO and Tech & D&A strategic goals with high confidentiality and integrity.
- Assist the Chief of Staff in planning, executing, and tracking pivotal initiatives and CTO-related events.
- Develop integrated plans to ensure cohesive storytelling and seamless execution across the organization.
- Act as a project management office (PMO) when needed, collaborating closely with initiative leaders to deploy plans efficiently.
- Identify synergies and best practices by connecting teams and functions.
- Create strategic communications and presentations for the CTO, Executive Team, Board of Directors, and other venues, ensuring consistency with overarching priorities.
- Collaborate with Global Communications to develop messaging for CTO town halls and external presentations.
- Provide insights and recommendations for the ongoing development and updates of Tech & D&A strategies.
Professional Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree is highly valued.
- Over ten years of aggregated professional experience, preferably including strategic management consulting or in-house strategy roles.
- Understanding of technology sectors is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication abilities, capable of clearly presenting complex concepts to varied audiences.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with creative ideation, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with mature client service orientation.
- Advanced analytical skills to distill complex information into actionable insights.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate impeccable integrity when dealing with sensitive executive matters.
- Well-developed organizational skills to juggle multiple high-profile projects efficiently, demonstrating a results-driven approach and eagerness to take initiative.
- Collaborative leadership style with high emotional intelligence to build consensus and achieve alignment across a matrixed environment.
Compensation & Benefits
The expected base salary ranges between 177100 and 304500 USD annually, dependent on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. This role qualifies for participation in a competitive bonus program and the company’s share incentive plan.
