Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant (m/f/d) to become a crucial member of our Business Services Team. This role supports senior leadership and occasionally the Business Services Team, ensuring smooth and efficient operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendars, schedule meetings across different time zones, prioritize appointments, and handle scheduling conflicts proactively.
