This is a chance to join an organisation that contributes positively to health and social care systems worldwide.
About the role
This position provides senior-level executive support to the CEO and the wider Executive team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will sit at the centre of the organisation and use your professionalism, confidentiality, and initiative to keep important work moving.
The role is for 20 hours per week, ideally spread across Monday to Thursday.
What you will do
- Keep the CEO’s diary, correspondence, and priorities well organised so time is focused on the most important matters.
- Develop briefs, reports, presentations, and meeting packs to support well-informed decisions.
- Assist with Board and governance activities, including arranging meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
- Coordinate travel, events, and practical logistics for the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact between the Executive team and internal or external stakeholders, while managing sensitive information with care and discretion.
What we offer
You will be based in a central city location and can expect flexible working arrangements, opportunities for learning and development, and a supportive, forward-thinking workplace. The organisation values diversity and is committed to an inclusive culture where people feel they belong.
About you
You are a skilled executive assistant who performs well in a busy, mission-led environment. You are highly organised, forward-looking, and comfortable working closely with senior leadership. You will bring strong communication skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision.
Additional information
