Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Executive Assistant to join a prestigious Private Equity division within a global investment firm based in Central London. This role is office-based and involves providing high-level administrative support to a busy team of approximately 11 professionals in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing complex and multi-timezone diaries efficiently.
- Coordinating a large volume of meetings both internally and externally.
- Organizing extensive international travel arrangements.
- Preparing presentations, reports, and meeting documentation.
- Handling expense claims and invoice processing.
- Supporting team events, off-site meetings, and conferences.
- Facilitating new team member onboarding and managing operational needs.
- Serving as a dependable liaison across the organization.
- Delivering seamless administrative assistance while fostering strong relationships with global stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant within Financial Services is mandatory.
- Background supporting teams in Investment Management, Private Equity, Asset Management, Banking, or related financial sectors preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic setting.
- Strong communication skills and adept at stakeholder management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.
