Role Overview
RSM Ireland is looking for a proactive, self-driven Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator to join the Core Functions team. This is a flexible part-time position of 20 hours per week, with the potential to become full-time depending on business requirements.
The role sits in a busy and dynamic professional services environment and reports to the Core Functions Director. It will provide direct support to the Managing Partner and senior leadership group, while also contributing to projects across HR, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
Responsibilities
The position combines executive support, office coordination, and wider team assistance. It offers the chance to work closely with leaders and to contribute to a variety of business initiatives.
- Provide executive-level and general administrative support to the senior leadership team.
- Organise and manage business travel arrangements.
- Help coordinate and deliver Core Functions projects, including client, staff, and firm events, as well as commercial and strategic initiatives.
- Support broader unit activities and take on ad hoc assignments as needed.
- Assist Finance, HR, and Operations with day-to-day administrative needs as part of the wider Core Functions team.
- Handle office administration and reception tasks where required.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the Dublin office.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate should bring solid EA and office coordination experience, ideally gained in a professional services setting. The role calls for someone who is well organised, adaptable, and comfortable working with people at different levels of the organisation.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar executive assistant or office coordinator role.
- Previous experience in the professional services sector is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and seniority levels.
- Excellent planning and organisational abilities, with confidence managing several priorities at once.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with a sharp eye for detail.
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools is an advantage.
