  • Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Strong organizational and resource management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Maintaining discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization under pressure.
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively across departments and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize busy executive calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts proactively.
  • Plan and organize a variety of meetings including internal discussions, external sessions, leadership forums, and offsite events, overseeing complete logistics.
  • Serve as the initial contact point for inquiries to the Vice Presidents, filtering and directing routine matters appropriately.
  • Draft, review, and oversee executive correspondence, approvals, and communications.
  • Process expense reports, Statements of Work (SOWs), Purchase Orders (POs) and utilize internal enterprise tools effectively.
  • Prepare thorough briefing materials for meetings, business travel, and key engagements.
  • Coordinate travel plans including flight bookings, accommodation arrangements, and itinerary management.
  • Assist in special projects and strategic initiatives within Human Resources as assigned.
  • Develop and maintain professional networks to enhance personal development and team collaboration.

Benefits

  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $77,900 to $103,800.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Paid vacation and sick leaves.
  • Life, accident, and disability insurance offerings.
  • Options for flexible spending and health savings accounts with tax advantages.
  • Employee assistance programs and wellness resources available.
  • Opportunities for tuition reimbursement and professional development.
  • Employee stock purchase plan and involvement in long-term incentive programs.
  • Additional voluntary benefits including legal plans, pet insurance, critical illness, and hospital indemnity.
  • Retirement saving plans including a 401(k) savings plan.
