Role Overview

We are seeking an Executive Administration professional for our Swiss Watch Services unit to ensure exceptional customer service by managing job acceptance, and ensuring repaired items are delivered and dispatched efficiently and professionally. This role also provides vital support to the administrative team during peak periods or absences, handles new projects, and manages overseas shipments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage new projects by adhering to processes and standard operating procedures, ensuring all requirements are completed promptly.
  • Coordinate and process local and overseas incoming shipments to optimize workflow and minimize errors or delays.
  • Consistently handle customer inquiries by following established processes and instructions to maintain service quality.
  • Exhibit professionalism, patience, and helpfulness in all customer interactions, upholding the company’s brand image.
  • Escalate any issues or complaints to the appropriate team leaders or managers to ensure swift resolution.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment to enhance the working experience within Swiss Watch Services.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding their inquiries or service requests.
  • Assist the Administration Team during busy times or absences with tasks such as dispatch operations, follow-ups on sub-dealer repairs, job card preparation, and estimate submissions.
