Equipment Maintenance Technician

About the Role

Delicious Food Company is expanding and seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team immediately. This role is crucial for ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of all restaurant equipment and systems, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on appliances and equipment according to scheduled plans.
• Respond rapidly to emergency breakdowns, troubleshooting and repairing equipment to minimize operational disruptions.
• Maintain and repair electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and commercial cooking and cooling equipment.
• Install and replace faulty spare parts in accordance with company quality standards.
• Submit regular reports to the maintenance supervisor detailing equipment status and recurring faults.
• Adhere strictly to occupational health and safety procedures during all maintenance tasks.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience as a maintenance technician, specifically within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Possess strong technical knowledge of maintaining commercial and central kitchen equipment, including ovens, refrigerators, and deep fryers.
• Demonstrate the ability to handle emergency situations and work effectively under pressure.
• A valid driver's license is highly preferred.

This is a full-time, onsite position located in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The company is looking for a professional who can ensure the facility is always ready and operating at peak performance.
