Role overview
FamilyWell Health is looking for a seasoned implementation and project leader to join the Partner Success function. This position carries a high level of ownership and visibility within a fast-scaling, Series A healthcare company focused on expanding access to mental health support for women throughout the reproductive lifecycle. The role reports directly to the CEO and Founder, Dr. Jessica Gaulton, and is responsible for leading the full launch of one enterprise health system partnership. Over time, the role may evolve into the main account owner for that relationship, with responsibility for long-term performance, growth, and partner satisfaction.
The position is designed for someone who enjoys both the structure of complex launch management and the relationship-building side of strategic account ownership. You should be comfortable coordinating across Partner Success, Clinical Services, Clinical Operations, Product, and external stakeholders, while also leading quarterly reviews with senior health system leaders.
About FamilyWell Health
FamilyWell Health is an AI-enabled mental health startup working to address the women’s mental health gap by embedding affordable, equitable, high-quality care into women’s health practices and health systems. Its virtual care model offers evidence-based mental health services across the reproductive lifecycle, from fertility through menopause, using the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM).
The platform brings coaching, therapy, psychiatry, and care coordination into clinical workflows, with the goal of making care easier to access, insurance-covered, and financially sustainable for provider partners. The company reports that 95% of patients improve clinically within four months and is now expanding nationally after a recent Series A funding round.
Role details
This is a full-time, remote-friendly position with travel required to partner sites in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Indiana, and Kentucky. The role sits within the Growth department and reports to the CEO. Compensation is a competitive annual salary of $100,000 to $120,000, depending on experience, and may include performance bonus opportunities, a full benefits package, equity, and a 401(k).
What you will do
The role has two phases. In the first phase, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of one of FamilyWell’s largest enterprise launches across multiple states. In the second phase, once the partnership is live, you may move into the primary relationship owner position and support the account’s ongoing success and expansion.
Implementation planning and execution
- Create and keep current a detailed enterprise project plan covering milestones, timelines, dependencies, and critical path items across 10 launch workstreams.
- Coordinate the rollout sequence across multiple phases, with special attention to provider credentialing and EHR integration.
- Own progress updates, milestone reporting, and escalation management for both internal stakeholders and external partner teams.
- Keep workstream owners accountable and follow through until open items are fully closed.
- Identify risks early, share them with leadership, and help implement corrective actions.
- Capture implementation learnings and turn them into reusable launch playbooks for future enterprise accounts.
Partnership success and growth
- Act as the main contact for enterprise partners after launch.
- Develop strong relationships with partner leadership, practice managers, and clinical champions.
- Run quarterly business reviews and prepare presentations that show trends in referrals, enrollments, outcomes, and possible growth opportunities.
- Track partner performance indicators and address signs of underperformance before they become larger issues.
- Spot opportunities for expansion, including additional sites, new service lines, and deeper clinical integration.
- Represent the partner’s perspective internally and communicate feedback to FamilyWell leadership.
Qualifications
You should have at least 5 years of experience in multi-state healthcare implementation, enterprise account management, or healthcare operations. The ideal candidate has handled complex, multi-workstream projects in healthcare and has a proven record of growing long-term client or partner relationships. Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination skills are essential, along with the ability to move between execution and strategic relationship management. Experience using project management tools and CRM platforms such as HubSpot is required, and you should be comfortable working through ambiguity and changing priorities in a startup environment.
Preferred background
It is especially helpful if you have experience with OB/GYN practices, women’s health, or behavioral health. Familiarity with EHR systems, provider credentialing, or Collaborative Care Model billing is also valued. Experience in partner success at a health services company or in health system/MSO partnership management would be an advantage.
What FamilyWell offers
The company emphasizes mission-driven work, the chance to help shape and lead the enterprise partnership function as the business grows, collaboration with an experienced and passionate team, and meaningful impact on women’s access to mental health care. It also highlights market-competitive pay, equity, comprehensive benefits, 401(k), and a flexible remote-friendly culture.
Values
- Lead with compassion for the women and families the company serves.
- Use evidence-based models and data to guide decisions.
- Support equity and access to affordable, high-quality mental health care.
- Work collaboratively across clinical, operational, and business teams.
- Keep improving through feedback, iteration, and continuous learning.
Application notes
FamilyWell Health is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds. Candidates should submit a résumé along with a short note explaining their interest in the role and describing a complex implementation or partnership they have led, ideally one involving multiple workstreams, cross-functional stakeholders, or multi-site coordination.
The company states that it will never ask for payment, sensitive personal details early in the process, or interviews through unsecured platforms. Official communication will only come from an @familywellhealth.com email address.
Location and travel
The role is remote-friendly, but travel to partner locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Indiana, and Kentucky is expected.
