About the Role

ClickUp is pioneering the future workspace by integrating tasks, documents, chat, calendar, and enterprise search into one AI-driven platform, enhancing productivity with context-aware AI features. We seek a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to join our Dublin team to drive growth and transform organizational workflows across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and convert high-value enterprise and strategic prospects into customers, generating net new business.
  • Formulate and implement account penetration strategies, develop strong relationships with decision-makers, and deliver customized solutions for complex challenges.
  • Continuously surpass sales pipeline and target metrics through outbound prospecting, networking, and utilizing marketing-qualified leads.
  • Expand existing enterprise account relationships by discovering new use cases, upselling, cross-selling, and promoting adoption across multiple departments.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and product demos to prospects and customers, clearly articulating value and return on investment.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to enhance lead generation, shorten sales cycles, and increase expansion revenue.
  • Analyze customer segments and market trends to identify opportunities and refine the sales pipeline focusing on acquisition and growth.

Candidate Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience managing full sales cycles for large or complex deals, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales cycles with a demonstrated ability to drive expansion sales, including upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding an annual quota exceeding $1 million.
  • Skilled in executing expansion sales strategies to increase revenue within existing accounts.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven.
  • Experience handling Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Quotes (RFQ).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in selling productivity or project management SaaS solutions in fast-paced environments.
  • Success in rapid, transactional sales cycles alongside cultivating long-term customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with land-and-expand sales models, including identifying initial entry points and scaling adoption across teams.
  • Able to steer and influence multiple stakeholder groups to expedite expansion post-sale.
  • Knowledge of customer onboarding, support, and success processes to ensure smooth transitions and maximize customer value.
