About the Role
This position is for an English teacher who will help train AI systems by reviewing chatbot responses, checking how well they reason, and identifying ways to improve model quality. The work is centered on writing, editing, and content creation, with related backgrounds such as communications or journalism also being relevant.
What You’ll Do
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and assess the responses they produce.
- Review model output for accuracy, quality, and overall performance.
Qualifications
- Strong fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
- Careful attention to detail.
- Excellent grasp of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- A bachelor's degree that is in progress, completed, or currently being pursued is preferred, though not mandatory.
Contracting Benefits

- Hourly pay starts at $25 to $30+ per hour, with some projects offering bonus pay.
