Inspire Global Ventures (IGV) is a rapidly expanding digital commerce firm focused on creating performance-oriented brands that serve a global market. They are seeking a highly motivated individual keen on establishing a career in Email and WhatsApp marketing as well as customer retention.
Role Overview
This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone eager to gain practical experience in retention marketing. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the marketing team to assist in planning and executing email and WhatsApp campaigns, managing customer segmentation, monitoring campaign analytics, and implementing marketing automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and scheduling of email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns, ensuring error-free execution.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of customer segmentations and subscriber lists, ensuring data hygiene.
- Track campaign outcomes and maintain detailed reporting; promptly communicate any issues to the management.
- Carry out daily campaign quality checks, coordinate with design teams for creative inputs, and organize marketing materials.
- Participate in weekly reviews to assess campaign performance and engage in learning new marketing tools and automation techniques.
Skills and Qualifications
- Enthusiasm to learn and develop professionally.
- Sound written communication abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing principles.
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva and analytics tools like Google Sheets is beneficial.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Positive mindset with a sense of responsibility.
- Fresh graduates or individuals with up to six months of experience in marketing, business, commerce, or related disciplines are welcome.
- Digital Marketing certifications are advantageous but not required.
Work Environment and Benefits
- This is an office-based position located in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
- The role provides hands-on training in Email and WhatsApp marketing techniques including exposure to CRM platforms, Klaviyo, and marketing automation.
- Mentorship will be provided by experienced marketing professionals with the potential for transition into a full-time role depending on performance.
Reporting Lines
The candidate will report directly to the Marketing Team and collaborate with the Email Marketing, Design, and Performance Marketing teams.
