Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled maintenance professionals committed to delivering exceptional customer service while providing innovative solutions for our guests. The role focuses on electrical installation, maintenance, and repair tasks to ensure adherence to all relevant electrical codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain all mechanical and electrical (M&E) and HVAC systems within the hotel premises, giving special attention to health and safety standards.
• Carry out repair and upkeep activities on all heating, ventilation, and mechanical electrical equipment, ensuring continuous and safe operations of the hotel facilities.
• Repair and maintain mains and domestic electrical systems, including single and three-phase distribution networks, lighting, and in-house power-powered appliances.
• Support emergency systems such as fire alarms, emergency lighting, battery backups, and standby power setups including generators.
• Manage control systems related to M&E processes like general electrical devices, guest room equipment (televisions, hair dryers, shaver sockets), and service lifts.
• Interpret blueprints or create sketches to accurately locate wiring and devices, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Utilize a range of tools and devices such as power construction tools, measuring instruments, oscilloscopes, ammeters, and test lamps for diagnostics and repairs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma in electro-technical services along with at least a basic high school education is required.
• Proven expertise in electrical maintenance and operation of relevant equipment.
• Good command of the English language is essential for effective communication.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify faults and implement corrective measures.
