Role overview
Goodstart Early Learning is hiring Educators for its Morwell Central centre in Morwell, Victoria. This position is available on a full-time basis, with part-time options also mentioned. The pay range is $33.83 to $38.10 per hour, with the rate depending on experience and qualifications.

What the centre is like
Goodstart Morwell Central is a 126-place service with a lively atmosphere focused on learning, play, and connection. The centre works in partnership with Our Place, a community initiative that links families to local support services. The centre has 7 age-based rooms, including 3 nursery rooms and 2 kindergarten rooms. Educators may have the opportunity to move across rooms, and the weekly roster includes rotation to add variety to the working week.
What the role involves
As an Educator, you will work closely with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to help design and improve engaging learning experiences for children. Your contribution will support each child’s safety, inclusion, and overall wellbeing while helping them thrive in their learning journey.

What you will need
Applicants should hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent. You will also need a solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards, along with a current Victorian Working with Children Check.
