About the Role
As a driver for our company based in Bremen, you will ensure that bicycles are relocated timely and efficiently to designated destinations. Your typical day includes following a set route with the workshop in Bremen-Häfen as your start and end point. You will also handle quality control and simple repairs for our bicycles on the street. Should you wish, there is an opportunity to assist with more complex repairs under guidance, even without prior experience.
Responsibilities
- Transport bicycles to assigned locations within scheduled timeframes.
- Drive assigned routes starting and ending at Bremen-Häfen workshop.
- Inspect bicycles and perform minor maintenance and quality checks.
- Return defective or missing bicycles to the storage facility.
- Support larger repair tasks if interested, with mechanic assistance.
Candidate Profile
- Hold a valid class B driver’s license, comfortable driving large transporters.
- Preferably experienced in handling oversized transport vehicles.
- Have manual dexterity and enjoy physically active work without heavy lifting.
- Conduct work diligently with a focus on safety.
- Flexible with shift work schedules.
