What the role involves

You will contribute to the delivery of modular residential projects by preparing and maintaining documentation, supporting approval processes, and helping projects move efficiently through each stage. The role is varied, and you may be managing several active jobs at once.

Key duties

• Create residential drawings and project documentation in ArchiCAD.
• Prepare plans and related paperwork for council approval submissions.
• Work with internal teams, consultants, and local authorities to progress projects.
• Track multiple design and approval jobs across different stages.
• Revise drawings and documentation as projects change.
• Support the broader team in achieving strong outcomes for clients across NSW.
