Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Disponent/in to join our team at Weser-Ems Busverkehr GmbH, located in Oldenburg or Bremen. The role entails overseeing the efficient deployment and monitoring of personnel and vehicles to ensure smooth bus operations in compliance with legal and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise economical allocation of staff and vehicle resources.
• Ensure qualified deployment of personnel and bus fleet, including coordinating workshop scheduling.
• Maintain and update operational processes in PPBus software and manage the operations logbook.
• Guarantee lawful and compliant bus operations at all times.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably previous experience in dispatching or similar operational coordination roles.
• Ability to work independently with a structured approach and strong self-motivation.
• Effective communication skills, teamwork orientation, and resilience under pressure.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with relevant software tools.
