Key Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to food safety protocols during washing, drying, and storing of dishes and utensils.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards within the dish area.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is kept clean and the workspace remains organized.
• Perform all duties independently without the need for constant supervision.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age or comply with local state regulations.
• Willingness to work on weekends and during holidays.
• Competent in operating dishwashing machines.
• Able to stand continuously, bend, and lift items weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Comfortable working in hot kitchen environments and handling heated equipment.
