About the Role

DEE ENTERPRISE is looking to hire a seasoned and strategic Director of Supply Chain Operations to oversee the comprehensive planning, execution, and enhancement of supply chain processes throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Craft and implement supply chain operation strategies aligned with company goals and long-term visions.
• Direct full-spectrum supply chain processes, including planning, inventory oversight, logistics management, procurement assistance, order fulfillment, and operational performance monitoring.
• Develop and enforce operational standards, protocols, and best practices to ensure efficiency, uniformity, and high service levels.
• Engage cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Executive teams to advance business objectives and optimize supply chain outcomes.
• Evaluate operational data, current market trends, and performance indicators to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Manage inventory forecasting, demand prediction, capacity allocation, and resource distribution to meet business demands.
• Lead initiatives aimed at streamlining operations, minimizing inefficiencies, and improving overall supply chain effectiveness.
• Define and track key performance metrics, providing executive leadership with regular operational insights and strategic guidance.
• Mentor and develop a proficient supply chain team, promoting a culture of responsibility, teamwork, and ongoing enhancement.
• Oversee budget management, operational priorities, and strategic planning within the department.
• Manage relationships with logistics partners, suppliers, and operational collaborators to facilitate smooth business operations.
• Ensure all supply chain activities comply with internal policies, quality benchmarks, and corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related disciplines is required.
• At least 23 years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or inventory management, including leadership roles.
• Proven track record in directing supply chain functions and enhancing company performance via strategic initiatives.
• Comprehensive understanding of supply chain planning, inventory control, logistics operations, procurement workflows, and operational excellence strategies.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and working alongside senior executives.
• Superior leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset for operational decision-making.
• Expertise in managing budgets, performance indicators, and resource planning.
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, supply chain software, and reporting mechanisms.
• Capability to balance multiple priorities while ensuring operational excellence in dynamic environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or closely related fields is desirable.
• Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, CLTD, CPSM, or equivalents add value.
• Experience with multi-site or enterprise-scale supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques and operational optimization methods.
• Background in managing remote or geographically dispersed operations teams.
