Overview
An established partner company is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations based in the United States to lead efforts in enhancing business performance through strategic analytics, precise forecasting, and operational excellence. This individual contributor role involves partnering with senior leaders across Revenue, Finance, Client Services, and Operations to convert complex data sets into actionable insights that drive decision-making and growth. The position is fully remote, offering flexibility to work virtually from most U.S. states within an agile, data-focused business environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain executive-level dashboards, KPI systems, performance metrics, and business reports that guide revenue operations insights.
- Conduct detailed analysis on revenue streams, sales pipelines, client data, and operational metrics to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities supporting strategic decisions.
- Develop and refine forecasting models and scenario planning tools to boost business transparency and accuracy of revenue predictions.
- Collaborate closely with leaders in Revenue, Finance, Client Services, and Operations to aid in quarterly and yearly planning cycles.
- Design, launch, and optimize scalable operational workflows, governance models, and programs that enhance efficiency and long-term business results.
- Partner with Finance and People Operations to support and manage the design of sales incentive compensation plans.
- Lead cross-functional projects involving process improvements, system enhancements, and operational transformations, ensuring adoption through documentation and change management.
- Present complex data analyses and strategic recommendations clearly and effectively to executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- A minimum of five years' experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, Analytics, Finance, Consulting, or related roles.
- Expertise with Salesforce, Gong, advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Experience building forecasting models, executive dashboard frameworks, and comprehensive performance reporting.
- A successful track record in leading strategic cross-departmental initiatives from planning through measurable results.
- Strong capabilities in project management, organizational skills, and stakeholder influence across diverse teams.
- Excellent analytical thinking paired with a problem-solving mindset grounded in data-driven decision-making.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex analytical information into clear business directives.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and revenue-related technology ecosystems, especially Salesforce, is highly desirable.

- Competitive yearly salary ranging from 157,000 to 175,000 USD, adjusted based on expertise, skills, and location.
