Job Overview
OMM Advertising is seeking a Digital Sales Executive to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. The role involves engaging with both current and potential clients to promote and sell our range of digital services while fostering long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively call existing and prospective customers to present and sell digital service offerings.
- Send detailed quotations and discuss service options with clients.
- Manage sales transactions and customer purchases efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific digital marketing needs and provide customized solutions.
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and the company, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Oversee client accounts, guaranteeing that all service commitments are fulfilled as expected.
- Offer continuous client support and updates regarding their digital services.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary range of 20000 to 30000 Indian Rupees.
