Role overview
The Digital Merchandising Growth Analyst is a performance-focused, analytics-heavy position that connects data with execution to improve the onsite experience and generate revenue growth. The role is centered on spotting opportunities, shaping and running merchandising experiments, and validating results through measurement. You will own the process end to end, from insight discovery and test design through implementation and performance review.
This position collaborates closely with Catalog Operations, Member Marketing, Partner Success, and Product teams to increase conversion, improve how products are discovered, and support measurable business growth.
Analytics and reporting
- Act as the go-to analytics resource across teams such as Catalog Operations, Member Marketing, and Partner Success.
- Partner with team leads to define key performance indicators and track them regularly.
- Create, update, and distribute dashboards and reports that reveal merchandising opportunities and inform marketing choices.
- Work with the marketing team to make sure tracking is correctly implemented on all campaign landing pages.
- Collaborate with the partner manager team to build ongoing dashboards that support catalog-related decisions.
- Share actionable analytical insights proactively to guide decisions around sales, seasonal promotions, and related initiatives.
Merchandising optimization
- Develop and run experiments that enhance the site experience and improve click-through and conversion performance.
- Set up a testing process built around hypothesis, test, measure, and learn cycles, with the ability to execute tests quickly and at scale.
- Review all site updates carefully to ensure accuracy, quality, and performance.
- Work with the Creative team so assets remain on-brand and meet quality expectations.
- Make sure every merchandising experiment can be audited in Amplitude dashboards and that learnings are documented and shared with the right teams.
- Collaborate with Partner Management to understand how catalog changes affect ordering, revenue, and margin goals.
Communication and collaboration
- Coordinate across multiple departments, including Partner Success and Management, Member Marketing, Catalog Operations, and Product.

No travel is expected for this position.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce analytics, with evidence of turning data insights into merchandising actions that drive revenue.
- Direct experience owning conversion optimization or revenue-centered merchandising work.
- At least 1 year of practical experience with Amplitude, or 2+ years using a similar product analytics tool such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
- Experience creating dashboards using dashboarding tools.
- Background working with B2C retail or marketplace websites.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to switch between projects without losing quality.
- A naturally curious, experimentation-driven mindset.
- Focus on business outcomes such as revenue and margin rather than only completing tasks.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug test is required before employment begins.
