About the Role

Join Virajo Autosoft Private Limited in Pune as a Digital Media Trainee, where you will receive comprehensive hands-on training in various facets of digital media and content creation. This program is designed to equip you with practical skills in video editing, graphic design, social media management, and AI-powered content production, preparing you for growth within the digital marketing field.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit videos for YouTube, podcasts, webinars, interviews, and promotional content, including adding captions, transitions, background music, motion graphics, subtitles, and visual effects.
• Create engaging short video formats like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and videos for Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Design YouTube thumbnails, banners, posters, invitations, certificates, and social media creative materials while maintaining brand consistency.
• Leverage AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, Runway, and CapCut AI to enhance creativity and streamline video and content production processes.
• Manage webinar recordings and digital learning content, ensuring proper organization and upload on the learning portal.
• Support planning, scheduling, and publishing of digital content across social media platforms, contributing to campaigns and audience engagement.
• Assist marketing initiatives by designing promotional materials for webinars, workshops, campaigns, and company events.

Skills and Knowledge to be Developed

• Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and CapCut.
• Strong skills in Canva and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop.
• Basic understanding of motion graphics and YouTube channel management including SEO.
• Competency in social media content strategy, graphic design, branding, and AI-driven content creation.
• Improved creative thinking, communication, and time management abilities.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

• Open to fresh graduates or final-year students from any academic discipline.
• A demonstrated enthusiasm for video editing, graphic design, and digital content creation.
• Basic experience with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
• Knowledge of Canva is required; familiarity with Photoshop or After Effects is advantageous.
• Understanding of social media platforms and short-form content preferred.
• Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and AI-powered creative platforms.
• An existing portfolio, YouTube channel, Instagram page, or college projects associated with creative work is beneficial.
