Role Summary

We seek an imaginative and performance-oriented Digital Marketing & Design Manager to lead digital branding and marketing initiatives across our diverse hospitality brands. Situated onsite in Canon City, CO, this full-time role involves planning and executing multifaceted digital campaigns spanning email, social media, websites, billboards, and other advertisements to boost sales and guest engagement.

Key Duties

• Create appealing marketing creatives using design software like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Develop and manage WordPress websites, landing pages, and online content to optimize digital presence.
• Oversee Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO strategies, email marketing, and other paid digital advertising efforts.
• Procure and negotiate traditional and digital advertising placements, including TV, radio, billboards, print, and sponsorship deals.
• Produce and edit high-quality photography and video content.
• Direct social media planning, content creation, and audience interaction.
• Ensure consistent branding across all company channels.
• Evaluate campaign metrics to enhance revenue growth and return on investment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in marketing and graphic design.
• Proficiency in Canva and WordPress is essential.
• Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and paid digital campaigns.
• Expertise in advertising purchase and negotiation across diverse media.
• Skills in professional photography and video production.
• Strong copywriting and communication capabilities.
• Adept at handling multiple brands and simultaneous projects.
• Must provide a professional portfolio demonstrating previous work.

Preferred Expertise

• Background in hospitality, tourism, or event marketing.
• Experience with platforms like OpenTable, ticketing systems, and CRM tools.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console.
• Use of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Adobe Firefly is advantageous.
