Digital Marketing Assistant/Executive

About the Role

This role requires a highly organised and detail-focused individual responsible for day-to-day execution to ensure seamless marketing operations. The workflow incorporates substantial AI assistance with clearly defined SOPs and instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Publish and schedule social media content on the website, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok platforms.
• Verify that all text, hyperlinks, and images are accurate prior to posting.
• Replicate advertisements by updating copy, replacing visuals, and modifying settings as instructed.
• Strictly adhere to SOPs during all content uploads and modifications.
• Maintain updated simple task trackers and communicate completion status effectively.
• Support content creation shoots by assisting with setup, props, and basic editing tasks, including cropping, resizing, and minor video trimming.

Candidate Profile

• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable performing repetitive and methodical administrative duties.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely with a proactive approach to verifying work before publication.
• Maintain composure and responsibility while managing live platforms.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with using AI tools regularly as part of daily tasks.
• Values accuracy and reliability in execution work as a craft.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with Meta Ads Manager or Meta Business Suite.
• Background in scheduling social media content.
• Knowledge of Google Drive, Google Sheets, WooCommerce, Shopify, or marketplace seller tools.

• Working days are Monday through Friday.
