Job Overview

This position is based in New York, NY, with a hybrid schedule requiring three days on-site each week. We are seeking a skilled Designer to contribute to a premium mobile product, creating luxurious user experiences blending advanced UX principles with sophisticated visual aesthetics. The role demands working within a dynamic design system, rapidly delivering pixel-perfect user interfaces while simplifying complex mobile user flows.

Responsibilities

• Create high-end mobile-first designs tailored to a luxury product.
• Integrate user experience strategy with refined visual design to produce premium-quality interfaces.
• Maintain and enhance an evolving design system focusing on component precision.
• Participate in fast-paced development cycles to deliver flawless user interface elements.
• Simplify and optimize intricate user interactions for native mobile platforms.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven portfolio showcasing native mobile-first design projects with comprehensive case studies.
• Expertise in contemporary design software and systems-driven design workflows.
• Track record of producing high-fidelity, production-quality UI components.
• Adeptness in rapid iteration while preserving design quality within tight deadlines.
• Experience collaborating effectively with product managers and engineering teams.

Compensation: Hourly rate ranges from $69 to $74 for W2 employees.
