Role overview
This position focuses on building demand, accelerating qualified pipeline, and supporting revenue growth through integrated digital marketing. The role sits within a B2B services environment and calls for a leader who can connect marketing efforts directly to sales outcomes.
Demand generation and revenue growth
- Plan, launch, and fine-tune multi-channel campaigns across the website, SEO, SEM, email, social platforms, marketing automation, and display advertising.
- Generate a steady flow of SQLs for the assigned service lines while working closely with sales to improve lead quality, conversion, and closed deals.
- Develop full-funnel growth initiatives that guide prospects from first awareness through to revenue creation.
Campaign and funnel optimization
- Work with content, design, and sales partners to create effective landing pages, offers, lead magnets, and nurture sequences.
- Set up conversion tracking and keep improving the funnel to lift conversion rates and speed up pipeline movement.
- Study the complete customer journey across multiple channels and touchpoints to strengthen user experience and return on investment.
Performance management and analytics
- Track and present campaign results against business objectives such as SQL volume, pipeline contribution, CAC, ROI, and channel efficiency.
- Spot performance patterns and actionable insights in the data, then use them to shift marketing spend toward better outcomes.
Brand and market presence
- Maintain a strong, consistent brand footprint across all digital channels and platforms.
- Drive partnerships and strategic collaborations that support business expansion.
- Assess new technologies and platforms and recommend adoption where they can deliver measurable business value.
Leadership and team development
- Manage, coach, and grow a team of digital marketing and lead generation professionals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Establish clear operating systems, performance standards, and accountability mechanisms for execution.
Requirements
- 5 to 9 years of experience in inbound marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation.
- Demonstrated success in producing SQLs and driving revenue growth in a B2B services setup.
- Strong working knowledge of SEO, paid media, email marketing, marketing automation, and conversion rate optimization.
- Practical experience with tools such as HubSpot, GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical ability with the skill to turn data into growth-oriented actions.
- Good leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
Education
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred, though practical experience and proven results are considered more important than formal education.
