Job Details

Our delivery drivers average earnings exceeding $20 per hour through a combination of hourly wages, tips, and mileage reimbursements. Wage payments occur biweekly, while mileage and tips are paid daily.

You may choose to deliver using your own vehicle, which qualifies for an adjustable mileage reimbursement covering fuel and vehicle expenses, or operate one of our company cars if you meet conditions: minimum 21 years old, clean driving record, and at least two years of driving experience.

The job relies on advanced technology to ensure swift and safe product delivery, enhancing efficiency and earnings. Shifts can be customized to fit your availability.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver Domino’s pizza and beverages to customers.
• Navigate and locate delivery addresses using maps or GPS within the delivery zone.
• Manage multiple deliveries in a single shift.
• Handle walking, climbing stairs up to five flights, and carrying orders during deliveries.
• Adhere to traffic rules and safe driving practices at all times.
• Follow company protocols and maintain quality standards throughout deliveries.

Required Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving record verified by a Motor Vehicle Report.
• Own a reliable, insured vehicle if not using a company car.
• Successfully pass a background check.
• Exhibit good navigation skills and the ability to read maps or directions.
• Be capable of working independently and within a team environment under various conditions.
• Maintain composure under stress, follow detailed instructions, and deliver excellent customer service.

Physical and Work Environment

• Work may involve exposure to differing weather conditions, temperature fluctuations, food odors including cornmeal dust, and varying in-store temperatures between 36 and 90+ degrees Fahrenheit.
• Tasks include walking, carrying items, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, and reaching overhead as part of delivery and store work.
• Use hands continuously for tasks such as shaping dough, handling tools like pizza peels and cutters, and assembling pizza boxes.
• Communication skills required for phone interactions; visual acuity needed for safe driving and task performance.
