Role overview
This role involves collecting customer orders such as grocery and daily-use items and delivering them from the warehouse or store directly to the customer’s home in a timely manner.
Key duties
- Pick up customer orders from the warehouse or store and complete doorstep delivery.
- Ensure deliveries reach customers on time, typically within 10–20 minutes.
- Communicate with customers in a polite and professional way.
- Accept orders through the app and keep the order status updated.
Working hours
- Flexible shift options are available for both part-time and full-time work.
- Full-time schedules usually run for 8–10 hours per day.
- Peak delivery periods are generally in the morning and evening.
Pay and earnings
The role offers earning potential based on city and order volume, with pay linked to each delivery plus incentives and tips. Higher delivery counts can lead to higher monthly earnings.
