About the Role

We are seeking seasoned Data Science Experts to contribute to an advanced AI research initiative with a globally recognized AI research organization. This role offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $120 to $170 and is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

Develop grading frameworks tailored to various real-world data science deliverables.
Assess AI-generated outputs alongside human-produced analyses, models, dashboards, experimental reports, and business recommendations.
Deliver thoughtful and evidence-backed scoring accompanied by well-explained written rationales.
Ensure consistent evaluation standards and collaborate with senior evaluators to enhance quality.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of five years of professional experience in data science.
Background in business operations, product, or growth data science, ideally gained at top-tier technology companies.
Proficiency in experiment design, A/B testing, metric formulation, SQL, and Python programming.
Capability to effectively communicate complex technical insights to business and executive-level audiences.
Strong written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with AI model evaluation, reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF), data annotation, or artificial intelligence training projects is advantageous.
