Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and oversee the sirar data strategy ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and a clear actionable roadmap.
• Contribute to crafting frameworks for data management including master data, data quality, and architectural standards.
• Support the development and enhancement of data governance procedures to satisfy the dynamic needs of the organization.
• Implement and enforce data management policies and standard operating procedures effectively.
• Lead and maintain a continuous data quality improvement program.
• Guide data management initiatives and projects to meet strategic data goals.
• Supervise the execution of data change management procedures ensuring proper implementation.
• Perform additional duties as delegated by the direct supervisor to enhance company success.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a similarly related field is required.
• Preferred certifications include Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), or Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM).
• Possess 5 to 7 years of pertinent professional experience in data management roles.

Technical Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK.
• Experience with data quality assurance, metadata oversight, and managing data throughout its lifecycle.
• Understanding of PDPL (Personal Data Protection Law) and necessary data privacy mandates.
• Awareness of data sharing mechanisms and governance practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and coordination capabilities.
• Proficiency with data governance software tools including Collibra, Informatica, and Microsoft Purview.
• Hands-on experience working with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
