About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Data Insights Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is available exclusively to candidates eligible to work in Australia and is ideal for individuals at the entry or junior level. The successful candidate will be responsible for extracting valuable insights from data to inform business decisions and create impactful reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, structure, and analyze data sourced from various internal and external channels.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate company performance metrics.
- Discover trends, patterns, and potential opportunities through thorough data examination.
- Conduct data cleaning, validation, and quality assurance to maintain data integrity.
- Work closely with different teams to support strategic projects and initiatives.
- Deliver clear presentations of insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Assist in enhancing existing reporting workflows, metrics, and analytics procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fundamental knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence principles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and SQL; familiarity with visualization software like Power BI or Tableau is beneficial.
- Strong analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capability to interpret complex data and effectively communicate conclusions.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management capabilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Legal authorization to work within Australia is mandatory.
