Role Summary

We seek a motivated, adaptable Data Analyst for the Network Pricing team. This intermediate role involves grasping core drug pricing business principles, data flows, analytics tools, and systems. The analyst will collaborate with global data science and network pricing teams and cross-departmentally with Underwriting, Legal, Account Management, Operations, and Clinical teams to oversee client performance management effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and validate provider network contracting and cost management through financial modeling and pricing analysis.
• Perform unit cost and contract valuation analyses to guide network contracting negotiations and cost strategies.
• Manage performance reports and associated financial models.
• Investigate claim adjudication to ensure correct member payments.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses as required.
• Anticipate customer needs and proactively develop solutions.
• Serve as a resource for complex matters and review others' work for improvement.
• Utilize analytical tools, particularly for data mining and large data sets management.
• Lead teams or projects as necessary and effectively communicate complex analytic results.
• Identify pricing anomalies and collaborate with subject matter experts and partners independently.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive analytics experience in healthcare, network management, or healthcare economics.
• Intermediate competency in pricing analysis, risk management, and data manipulation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite—Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare pricing, data analysis, or healthcare economics.
• Intermediate skills in SQL or similar relational database technologies.
• Background in pharmacy benefit management or broader healthcare sectors.

• Ability to work independently towards objectives with investigative and analytical mindset.
• Project management skills with capacity to influence and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Additional Information

Flexible hybrid work model available for employees residing in the Republic of Ireland, allowing monthly hours split between company offices (Dublin or Letterkenny) and home-based telecommuting.

Candidates must currently hold eligibility to work and reside indefinitely in Ireland without restrictions; verification will be mandatory.
