About the Role

We are looking for a skilled HR Tech Analyst to join our team, playing a crucial role in enhancing HR processes and driving technology implementations across multiple areas. This position focuses on improving the employee experience via digital solutions by combining HR process expertise with technological enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete employee data lifecycle with collaboration from business units, Centers of Excellence (COE), and partner teams.
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity to ensure accurate HR processes and support audit requirements.
  • Develop and apply rigorous data quality checks including detection and correction of errors.
  • Collaborate with COE and People Analytics teams to fulfill data needs and contribute to dashboard development.
  • Work jointly with IT and business teams to refine processes focusing on simplification and automation.
  • Deliver data-related services in line with defined Service Level Agreements emphasizing turnaround time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure master data accuracy across critical systems and identify opportunities to improve data quality.
  • Perform data cleansing and centralized creation and upkeep of master data records.
  • Enforce compliance with corporate data standards and maintain audit trails for master data modifications.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Postgraduate degree in Management or MBA is required.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in HR functions and SAP systems.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with various Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) especially SuccessFactors.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in planning and managing projects related to HR.
  • Ability to design concise and impactful presentations to effectively communicate analysis results.
  • Strong skills in data handling and analysis using Excel.
