Cyber Security Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a Cyber Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Supervisor to join SALAMA Cooperative Insurance Co. located in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on enhancing and managing the organization's cybersecurity policies, risk frameworks, and ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, update, and improve cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance policies and frameworks.
• Ensure organization-wide compliance with relevant cybersecurity laws, standards, and internal procedures.
• Perform comprehensive cybersecurity risk evaluations and assess how well security controls are functioning.
• Oversee and execute cybersecurity audits and produce detailed audit documentation.
• Analyze contracts and regulatory requirements to ensure cybersecurity compliance considerations are met.
• Track compliance progress and suggest ongoing enhancements to cybersecurity documentation and policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a master's degree in cybersecurity or a related specialization.
• At least five years’ experience working within cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance or a similar area.
• Holds or is preferably certified with recognized credentials such as CISA, CSA, Security+, or CCNA.

Additional Information

Position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, under a full-time, onsite employment arrangement with SALAMA Cooperative Insurance Co.
