About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive based in Bhopal to manage client inquiries and resolve complaints through email communication. The position demands prompt responses aimed at ensuring excellent customer satisfaction within an e-commerce context.
Responsibilities
- Respond efficiently to customer queries and complaints via email.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely support.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of prior experience in e-commerce customer email support.
- Strong command of written and verbal English skills.
- Graduate qualification.
- Commitment to work for at least one year.
Work Location and Shifts
This is an onsite role based at the office in Bhopal. No leaves are permitted during the initial three months of training except for major festivals.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹18,000.
