About the Role
Righto Services Private Limited is seeking motivated individuals for the position of Customer Support Cum Sales Executive for its Gurgaon office located in Sector 18. This role involves handling domestic customer service processes with some opportunities for sales responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Managing customer interactions in domestic service processes.
- Engaging in sales activities for selected processes.
- Providing excellent service with clear and effective communication.
Requirements
- Education level: Undergraduate or Graduate.
- Open to freshers as well as candidates with experience.
- Strong English communication skills (excellent or good depending on salary bracket).
Job Details
- Salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹28,000 depending on the process and communication skills.
- Work schedule includes fixed day shifts for certain processes and rotational shifts for others.
- Six working days per week.
- Multiple domestic processes available including non-sales customer service.
